Columbus Clippers host Family Day Sunday at Huntington Park

The Columbus Clippers are undefeated at the started of the 2019 season.

The season began April 4 and the Clippers have defeated the Indianapolis Indians in three straight games. The team takes the field against the Indians Sunday afternoon in Columbus on family day.

New Manager Tony Mansolino takes over after Chris Tremie lead the team for a record six consecutive seasons.

Mansolino has been a member of the Indians organization since 2011, the last 3 as a manager. 

Throughout the 70-game home schedule, Clippers officials say fans will be treated to numerous specials and giveaways to enhance their experience at Huntington Park.

Joe Santry said today a family of six, two adults and four children, can get into the park for $15.

“The best deal in Columbus,” Santry said.

Santry said the Clippers will continue to offer the dime a dog night, but will now offer a vegetarian menu.

The vegetarian menu includes the Impossible Burger, the pretzel bun veggie sandwich and an avocado taco,
