Eleven years after a shooting on the city’s north side, investigators are still searching for the man who shot and killed an 18-year-old man sitting in his car.

An unidentified man ran up to the parked car and fired one shot, striking Morgan in the upper body before he left the scene.
Morgan got out of the vehicle and began to run. He made it a short distance before collapsing in the area of 1388 Saint Clair Ave. Medics pronounced Morgan dead at the scene.
Investigators are unsure why the shooting happened. They have not released any other details regarding the shooting. Officials are hoping any tips can help solve this cold case.
