COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Chipotle says it will add about 150 jobs to its Columbus office as it transitions to a new headquarters.
The company announced Wednesday it is transferring its Denver and New York office functions to offices in Columbus and in Newport Beach, Florida.
The Columbus office, known as the Shared Services Center, will take care of support functions, according to a press release.
This will bring the workforce in the Columbus office from 100 to more than 250 employees.
This move will affect approximately 400 employees in Denver and New York in the fourth quarter of 2018. The company says some are being offered relocation and retention packages. The 70,000 field operations and restaurant employees are not part of this reorganization.
