Columbus Blue Jackets fans spent part of Tuesday evening watching the Boston Bruins defeat the Toronto Maple Leafs, in the first round on the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
With the win, the Bruins will now host the Blue Jackets on Thursday, for game one of the second round and fans are already looking forward to the best-of-seven series coming back to Columbus.
“It’s going to be off the chain,” said Keith Adams, who has tickets for game three. “It’s going to be loud. It’s going to be exciting. People are going to be fired up.”
The team has sold all tickets available so far, for games three, four and six. Additional tickets, however, may become available closer to the puck dropping.
In the meantime, various tickets agencies have tickets available for resale.
According to Dream Seats, Inc., upper-level seats can be found on the resale market for roughly $175. The cheapest lower level seats can be found for $225.
Sellers say now is the time to buy, assuming the Blue Jackets win at least one game in Boston.
“I would do something on it today, or as soon as possible because I see it going up,” said Jamie Kaufman, of Dream Seats. “I don’t see the Blue Jackets coming out and dropping two games. I see them looking good and people are going to pay for that.”
As always, buyers are encouraged to only buy tickets from trusted sources.
