‘Armed and dangerous’ burglary suspected wanted for questioning about fatal fire

PICKERINGTON, OH (WCMH) — The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office and State Fire Marshal’s Office are looking for a man wanted for questioning in connection with a fatal fire that happened Sunday.

The fire happened around 4am Sunday at 6285 Blacklick-Eastern Road NW in Pickerington.

According to fire investigators, a suspect from a nearby burglary may have information relating to the fire. A warrant for Raeqwan Hancock, 21, has been issued regarding an April 6 burglary on Toll Gate Road in Violet Township.

The sheriff’s office considers Hancock armed and dangerous.
