Actress Jennifer Garner, who graduated from Denison University, will be the commencement speaker for the school’s May 2019 graduation.
“Don’t do anything that would prevent you from walking the walk on May 18 because I get to be there and watch you graduate and celebrate with all of you because unless President Weinberg lets me out of it, it seems like I am going to give your commencement address. I guess he couldn’t get Oprah or Michelle Obama or anyone real and so it’s going to be me,” Garner said on Facebook.
Garner graduated from Denison is 1994.
The television and film star has appeared in “Alias,” “13 Going on 30,” “Juno,” and “Daredevil.
“I can’t wait to be there with all of you and I can’t wait to be back on the Denison campus again,” Garner said.
