‘Unexploded device’ found floating in Puget Sound in Washington

(WCMH) – The U.S. Coast Guard is responding to reported ‘unexploded ordnance’ drifting in the water in Puget Sound.

The object was found floating in the water around 2pm Pacific time, KING reported. The Coast Guard established a 1,500-yard safety zone around the device. The device is located around 1,200 yards east of a marina and was drifting south.
