Football players shave heads for coach diagnosed with cancer


BATESVILLE, Ark. (CNN Newsource) — The entire football team at Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas shaved their heads.

They did it in support of offensive coordinator, Kris Sweet. The coach was recently diagnosed with Cancer.

The players lined up one by one to hug the coach and share their support. It was emotional, tear-filled moment for many.

Members posted the special event online with the hashtag “Sweet Strong.”

The team kicks off its season on Saturday.
