A strong cell in Madison county will continue to push to the northeast at 30 miles per hour.

I am keeping a close eye on this cell as it has had indications of weak rotation at times, and possible quarter sized hail.  Winds will gust up with this cell to 45+ miles per hour.  This will be pushing towards West Jefferson before 840 and eventually up into Franklin county before 9pm.

We will monitor and have updates on air and online as this storm moves through.

More rain and storms are to our west tonight ahead of the low which will bring heavier rain and a few more storms overnight tonight as the low tracks across our area.
