(WCMH)– The person who nominated Donald Trump praised him for his ideology and how he uses it as a “…deterrence against radical Islam, ISIS, nuclear Iran and Communist China.”
Kristian Berg Harpviken, a respected Nobel watcher and director of the Peace Research Institute of Oslo, confirmed to CNN, that Trump was nominated by a mystery patron.
Harpviken did however, share online the language of the nomination of the Republican presidential candidate, which praised “his vigorous peace through strength ideology, used as a threat weapon of deterrence against radical Islam, ISIS, nuclear Iran and Communist China.”
Trump was nominated alongside an escaped ISIS sex slave who has turned into a women’s rights activist, the Greek Island groups welcoming Syrian refugees, and negotiators responsible for ending five decades of civil war in Colombia.
The Nobel Committee usually offers thousands of people to make nominations for the award, but it does not reveal the details of its decision-making process.
However, it should be noted that Trump is not on Harpviken’s shortlist.
