The United States Marshals Service has announced a new list of most-wanted fugitives in central Ohio.

These four suspects are wanted on various charges including rape of a child, aggravated vehicular homicide, burglary and failure to register as a sex offender. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of any suspect on this list is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals central Ohio field office at 614-469-5540. All tips are anonymous and rewards may be available for information leading to an arrest.

Sean Hancock

Sean Hancock, 33, is wanted by the Columbus Division of Police for the rape of a child. Hancock is a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds.

Heather Tapia

Heather Tapia, 47, is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff on aggravated vehicular homicide charges after a drunk-driving crash left one person dead in mid-July. She had eight prior drunk driving convictions, and investigators say she was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Tapia is a white female with green eyes and blond hair. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.

Esley Willis

Esley Willis, 22, is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for failing to register as a sex offender. Willis is a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.
