The United States Marshals Service says an alleged gang member wanted for charges stemming from a racketeering conspiracy is now in custody.

According to officials, Eric Henderson Jr. was arrested without incident Friday afternoon. Henderson, along with 18 other associates of a local Crips gang, were charged by a grand jury last month for involvement in a racketeering conspiracy that includes five murders, multiple attempted murders and violent drug trafficking crimes.

One suspect, Thomas Seals, remains at large as of Saturday morning. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is offering a reward for information that leads to his arrest. Anyone with information about Seals’ whereabouts is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals central Ohio field office at 614-469-5540 or the ATF at 1-800-283-4867.
