COLUMBUS (WCMH)– Here is a round up of all the runs, races, walks, and trots happening around Central Ohio Thanksgiving Day.
- Columbus Turkey Trot – Five miler, two miler – Upper Arlington, Ohio
- Starts at 9:00 am at the corner of Lane Avenue and Wellesley Lane
- Every participant will get a Whole Foods pumpkin pie
- Flying Feather Four Miler – Four miler, kids run – Dublin, Ohio
- Starts at 9:00 am (kids run at 8:30) at Club at Corazon
- Runners over the age of 21 will receive a bottle of wine at the end (those under 21 will get sparkling juice)
- The Thanksgiving Wattle – 5k and children’s run -Grove City, Ohio
- Starts at 9:00 am on Lamplighter Drive, near the AMC Theatre 14
- The children’s run will let kids chase “agile Turkey Mascots”
- Pete Lowder Bexley Memorial Turkey Trot – 5k and 2k -Bexley, Ohio
- Starts at 9:00 am at St Alban’s Episcopal Church
- All benefits go to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank
- Uptown Pumpkin Dask – 5k – Marysville, Ohio
- Starts at 9:00 am at 215 W. 5th Street, Marysville, Ohio
- Top 1,200 finishers receive a 3-inch custom medal
- Sixth Annual Turkey Trot – 5k – Mount Vernon, Ohio
- Starts at 9:00 am at the MVNU Chapel
- Bring food or monetary donations to join
- Circleville Turkey Trot – 5k – Circleville, Ohio
- Starts at 9:30 am at 129 W Mound Street, Circleville, Ohio
- This event will host live turkeys for photos
