NEW YORK (WCMH) — Three people arrested with guns, body armor, and knives heading into NYC
Police say the three people were arrested after officers stopped the vehicle for a cracked windshield and found loaded guns and ballistic vests.
According to WNBC, police say the three people from Pennsylvania, two men and a woman are “gun enthusiasts” and have no connections to terrorism.
Long-range weapons, as well as handguns were seized during the stop at the Holland Tunnel. Also recovered was a camouflage helmet and what appeared to be night vision goggles.
