Luckily, Columbus has many great eateries that serve Asian cuisine — from Americanized favorites to mouthwatering fusion food to authentic Chinese dishes, there’s a lot to choose from. I asked NBC4 viewers what their favorite Chinese restaurants are in the Columbus area, and here’s what they said:
Where: 120 Phillipi Road, Columbus
Ding Ho has been a Columbus staple since the 1950s, so it’s no surprise this Cantonese eatery takes the top spot among NBC4 viewers. Many have frequented the restaurant for years and love the price point, portion sizes and friendly service. Viewers say the egg rolls are perfect and recommend the wonton soup as well.

For a more upscale dining experience, check out Hunan Lion. This elegantly decorated restaurant has a wide-ranging menu filled with delicious Szechuan, Hunan, Mandarin and Thai dishes. Viewers rave about the Sizzling Rice Soup.
Where: 2350 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus
Hunan House and Hunan Lion are both owned and operated by the same people, so it’s no surprise both restaurants are viewer favorites. This dining establishment boasts the same quality service, food and similar atmospheres. Viewers recommend the hand-wrapped and house-made dumplings and spring rolls.

If you’re looking for Asian fusion, you can’t pass up a trip to Sakana in Reynoldsburg. From fresh, delicious sushi to awesome Mongolian, Chinese and Thai cuisine, this eatery offers just about everything you could want in an Asian restaurant.
Where: 1947 Stringtown Road, Grove City
China Bell is a Grove City favorite and it’s easy to see why. Viewers love the quality of the food, huge portion sizes, prices and service. Customers recommend the War Su Gai.

Since the late 1980s, China Dynasty been serving some of the best Chinese food in the Columbus area.
