Logue is accused of exposing himself to children in buses as they passed his Baltimore home.
BALTIMORE, Ohio -
A Baltimore man accused of standing nude in a window, exposing himself to children on passing school buses, has been arrested.
According to police, 46-year-old Timothy J. Logue was arrested at his Baltimore home located in the 100 block of East Main Street after officers caught him exposing himself to children on video surveillance. Officers had set up surveillance in the area after receiving reports of a man exposing himself to children through an upstairs window.
Four 40 minutes, Logue was observed standing nude in the window of his apartment.
Baltimore police Chief Mike Tussey said Logue’s intentions were for children to see him without his clothing.
“He clearly was wanting for the buses to come by. You could see him off to the side, leaning out, looking for the bus to come around the corner,” said Tussey.
On Friday afternoon, a Baltimore officer dressed in street clothes and sitting in an unmarked vehicle observed Logue’s actions. He called his actions calculated.
Logue was initially arrested on Friday. He bonded out of jail and was arrested a second time Monday afternoon at his apartment. He was picked up for a parole violation in Franklin County.
Logue has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of public indecency. He has an extensive record for this type of criminal act, according to police.
The superintendent of Liberty Union Thurston Schools said it is fortunate no students were harmed.
