POWELL, Ohio -
Deputies say a man used a note to rob a Delaware County bank, Saturday morning.
According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, at about 10:40 a.m. Saturday, a man entered the Huntington Bank, located on Owenfield Drive, in Lewis Center, handed a note to the teller, demanding money with no dye packs.
The suspect fled from the bank after the teller complied with his demands, and ran to the Chipotle business next door where he was observed getting into the rear passenger side of a four door white, late 1900s/early 2000s model Honda Accord.
The suspect is described as a white male, who is about 185 pounds, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and is clean shaven with possible acne scars on his cheeks.He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, dark gray jeans or possibly sweat pants, and a white baseball cap. He was also wearing black gloves.
No injuries reported in the robbery, and deputies say there was no indication that suspect had a weapon.
