2 Arrested In North Columbus Shooting Investigation

A woman was shot in north Columbus Tuesday night.
COLUMBUS, Ohio -
A 54-year-old woman was hospitalized after being shot in north Columbus Tuesday night.
Columbus police officers and medic personnel were called to the 2100 block of McGuffey Road at about 10:46 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a shooting.
Responding medic personnel found Patricia Pallenberg in front of the residence with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
Pallenberg was transported to an area hospital and is not expected to survive.
Through further investigation, it was determined that the shooting occurred at a location in the 800 block of East Hudson Street, near Hiawatha Park Drive.
Just before 9 a.m. Wednesday, detectives announced that they had arrested Brian W. Hill, 45, and Terry R. Nichols, 46, in connection with the shooting. Hill and Nichols have each been charged with felonious assault.
Pallenberg was with a friend at the time of the shooting, according to police.
