Man Matching Same Description Wanted For 3 Crimes

Columbus police said a man fitting the same description is wanted for two robberies and an attempted robbery in Columbus Saturday morning.

According to police, a male suspect entered the Turkey Hill gas station in the 2600 block of North High Street Saturday and told the cashier he had a knife and would stab the customers unless the cashier gave him money. 

The assistant manager called the police and the suspect quickly left the building.

A short time later, a man matching the same description entered the CVS in the 5400 block of North High Street and demanded money from a cashier.  He was given an undetermined amount of money.

A man with same description is also wanted for a robbery on the 300 block of Hudson Street earlier in the morning.

He is described as male white about 6 feet tall and 180 pounds.  He was wearing a white baseball hat, sunglasses, and a blue jacket with plaid on the shoulders.  He was also wearing blue jeans and brown shoes.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to call Columbus police at 614-645-4665.
