Karryn Hoston is charged with one felony count of possession of heroin and endangering children.
Todd Elliott is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
CHILLICOTHE, Ohio -
Two people were arrested while officers were serving a
search warrant at a Chillicothe home Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Chillicothe Police Department, members of
the Special Response Team and detectives were serving a search warrant at a
home in the 100 block of East 5th Street at about 2:30 p.m.
Once inside the home, detectives made contact with
23-year-old Karryn Hoston and 22-year-old Todd Elliott. Hoston was found to be
in possession of heroin, according to detectives. Inside the home, detectives
observed drug paraphernalia and syringes, and cash.
The items were reportedly
within reach of the 2-year-old child who was also in the home.
Hoston was arrested and charged with one felony count of
possession of heroin and endangering children.

The child was placed in the care of children's services.
