Crew members told NBC4's Steve Wainfor that a forkliftwas removing large video screens from the stage when the forklift bumped intothe stage, causing a chain reaction. Two sections of the stage collapsed, andworkers fell through to the floor, where large pieces of equipment fell onthem.

Several workers said theforklift was not the cause, but that there were several mistakes made duringthe load out.

Columbus fire personnel responded to treat and transport a number of injured workers on scene, according to police.
