Two high school students are facing charges in connection
with a recording that is described as being sexual in nature.
two students, ages 17 and 18, have been charged with pandering obscenity
involving a minor.
According to police, the parents of one of the teenagers
charged found the recording and beer in the ceiling of his bedroom.
Police said a fellow student overheard the boys talking
about a video they allegedly created last year of themselves having sex with a
14-year-old girl in one of the boys' homes.

According to Circleville City Schools Superintendent Kirk
McMahon, the investigation began on Sept. 13 when a high school football player
notified a member of the football team coaching staff of the recording.
The staff member notified school officials in accordance
with the school's mandatory reporting policy, and officials then notified
Circleville police began their investigation, and asked the
school staff to postpone the internal investigation until the criminal
investigation was complete.
The students have not been disciplined in the school.
As of Tuesday, the school investigation is underway.
The Pickaway County Prosecutor's Office said the maximum
sentence for a conviction would be time in juvenile detention, and registering as
a sex offender.
