One person was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Athens County Wednesday night.
Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the northbound lanes of state Route 278 at about 7:32 p.m. on a report of a crash.
According to the report, 54-year-old Andy Monk, of Nelsonville, failed to maintain control of his SUV and drove off of the right side of the roadway. The SUV struck a tree before overturning.
Monk was transported to Doctor's West Hospital with what troopers described as incapacitating injuries.
No other information was immediately available.
