SB U.S. 33 Reopens South Of Lancaster After Crash

LANCASTER, Ohio -

The southbound lanes of U.S. Route 33 were closed, south of Lancaster, due to a crash involving a semi and another vehicle.

According to the Lancaster post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 3 p.m. near the intersection of Sharp Road SE.

The freeway reopened around 3:45 p.m.

According to the patrol the severity of the injuries is not yet known.

Troopers say it is unclear at this time what the duration of the closure will be.
