MORROW COUNTY, Ohio -
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking
for the public's assistance in locating a sex offender.
An arrest warrant has been issued by the
Morrow County Sheriff's Office for Scott Lyons. He is wanted on a charge of
failure to register.
According to public records, Lyons was convicted
of rape, gross sexual imposition, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
He was last registered to 1775 County Road
220, in Marengo.
Lyons is described as a white male who is 5
feet 6 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He has a tattoo of a heart on the left side
of his chest. Inside the heart is the name Deanna Jo.
