Interstate 270 west is reopened on the southeast side after a closure due to a disabled truck filled with cows.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the truck broke down on I-270 west at Alum Creek Drive at about 2:45 p.m.

Crews unloaded the cattle and loaded the animals onto another truck.

ODOT said the road was expected to be closed for two hours, but as of 4:30 p.m., the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said the road was being reopened.
