The U.S. Marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and are looking for tips that lead to their arrests.

No. 1 -- Cairo Buggs
Buggs is wanted for supervised release violation after an original charge of federal weapons.
Buggs is described as a black male who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
No. 2 -- Robert Ross
Ross is wanted for unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Ross is described as a white male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
No. 3 -- Michael Cushnie
Cushnie is wanted for illegal manufacture and possession of drugs.
Cushnie is described as a black male who is 6 feet tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
