Medics flew Doughty to Grant Medical Center, in Columbus, for treatment.
Simmons and her passenger, Eric L. Simmons, 56, both of Clarksburg, West Virginia, were flown by Med-Flight to Grant Medical Center for treatment.
State troopers shut down U.S. 50 for 30 minutes during the crash investigation.
