A Columbus man says he was shot during a road rage incident on the city's
east side Thursday afternoon.
Columbus police officers were called to an area hospital at 4:44 p.m.
Thursday on a report of a shooting.
After speaking to the victim, identified as 31-year-old Jeff Broomfield, officers
learned that he had been shot in the shoulder during a road rage incident near
the intersection of East Broad Street and Cardinal Park Drive.
The suspect has not been identified at this time.
