COLUMBUS, Ohio -
Columbus police are searching for a car believed to be connected to a
homicide investigation.
According to Columbus police detectives, a maroon or red 1995 Ford Crown
Victoria, with the temporary tag W593014, pulled up to the entrance of Mount
Carmel East Hospital at about 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver of the vehicle told hospital personnel that he had a person in
his vehicle that had been shot. Tony C. Walton, 25, was removed from the
vehicle and was being treated for a gunshot wound to the upper body. Walton
died from his injuries at about 11:08 p.m., according to police.
Detectives are trying to determine where the homicide occurred. Anyone with
