Woman Sought In 'Short-Change' Scheme

GROVE CITY, Ohio -

Police in Grove City are searching for the woman who allegedly stole $20 as part of a "short-change" scheme at a frozen yogurt shop.

The theft occurred at the Oh-Yo Frozen Yogurt on Buckeye Parkway in Grove City on Feb. 7.

According to Grove City police, the suspect bought a frozen yogurt and paid with a $50 bill.

After receiving her change, the woman hid a $20 bill from the change in her pocket when the clerk was not looking, police said.

The woman then claimed she was shorted and was given an additional $20 bill.
