Two people were indicted this week for allegedly breaking
into the home of a Delaware man, beating him, and stealing items including his
car.
Elvin Cannon and Charity Fickisen were indicted on eight
charges, including aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, kidnapping,
felonious assault, and four counts of theft and receiving stolen property.
The pair is accused of entering the victim's home in the
early morning hours of Feb. 8.
Investigators said they assaulted the victim, attempted to
tie him up with duct tape, and stole his car and other personal property.
The car and some of the stolen items were later recovered.
Cannon was arrested on Feb. 10.
Fickisen remains at large.
