A Delaware County man accused of assaulting a police officer
and police dog has been indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury.
Gabriel Pace, 40, has been charged with assault on a peace
officer, obstructing official business, and assault on a police dog.
Pace allegedly resisted arrested while officers were
attempting to place him under arrest for felony non-support charges and struck
an officer, and police dog.
His wife, April Pace, has also been indicted for obstructing
justice, and resisting arrest. She allegedly denied Gabriel was present in the
home where officers were serving the warrant.
