The Pike County Sheriff's Office has arrested two men accused of possessing pornographic materials involving minor children on Wednesday.
According to the sheriff's office, 52-year-old Robert R. Sutton Jr., of Beaver, and 52-year-old Marc Justice, of Beaver, have been charged with 109 counts of pandering sexual oriented obscenity involving minor children, felonies of the fourth degree.
The two men are accused of downloading photographs of young teenagers to
view. The sheriff's office was tipped off to the activity by a complaint.
Sutton and Justice have been taken to the Scioto County Jail to be held. The case will be presented to the Pike County Grand Jury for felony indictments and further review of additional charges.
