
A St. Louisville man surrendered to SWAT officers after initially refusing to exit his vehicle on Monday.
Officers from the Licking County SWAT Team were called to the 14000 block of Longrun Road, in St. Louisville, after the man refused to surrender a weapon and exit his vehicle peacefully at about 8:45 p.m. Monday.
The 60-year-old male surrendered to SWAT personnel after talking with a negotiator.
The man was not immediately arrested. He was taken to Licking Memorial Hospital for evaluation, according to police.
Future charges will be forwarded to the Licking County Prosecutor's Office for review.
