Palmer is wanted for drug trafficking.
Palmer is described as a white male who is 5 feet 8inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
No. 3 – Peggy Baker (AKA Peggy Gipson)
Baker is wanted by authorities in Ramsey County, Minnesota for probation violation in relation to robbery.
She is described as a black female with black hair and brown eyes and is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 136 pounds.
