Two fire levies in Delaware County were passed by voters Tuesday.
According to unofficial results released by the Delaware County Board of Elections, the Liberty Township tax levy of 5.6 mills for five years passed with 84% voting for it and 16% voting against it.
The Orange Township 7.5 mill 3 year tax levy passed with 70% voting for it and 30% voting against it.
The special election was held Tuesday after both fire levies failed during the November general election.
The turnout in the election was 20.72% of registered voters.
