Little Big Shots: World Champion jump rope competitor Drew Grissom

COLUMBUS (WCMH) - This week's NBC4 Today Little Big Shot is not used to staying still.

Drew Grissom is 12 years old and one of the best jump ropers in the world. Last year, he finished second and third in different disciplines at the Jump Rope World Championships.

The championships are made up of a number of disciplines, such as speed, double-unders (when the jump rope must go under twice in one jump), and double-dutch for times that range from 30-second periods to 3-minute periods.

Our Matt Barnes decided (for some reason) that it would be a good idea to challenge Drew in a friendly competition. You can see how he fared in the video above!

Make sure you tune into another edition of NBC4 Today's Little Big Shots on Monday at 6am.
