TIMELINE OF EVENTS: Scandal In Attorney General's Office
Other media outlets published reports on Tuesday afternoon, indicating that Attorney Dann would announce his resignation.
For nearly two weeks, Dann has been fighting calls for his resignation -- brought on by the scandal inside his own office.
Two top aides were fired amid a sexual harassment investigation -- and two others resigned. Dann also admitted to having an affair with a staffer.
Calls for Dann's resignation grew to a near-deafening level on Tuesday as Ohio House Democrats filed nine articles of impeachment against Dann. More Details
The House also passed a bill, giving the state inspector general the power to investigate the AG's office.
