DUBLIN, Ohio -- A man whose trial two years ago made public a long-held fetish for drinking the urine of young boys has surfaced again in the Columbus area.

And according to complaints filed with Dublin police, his fetish still has him helpless to resist it.

Allan Patton, 56, told NBC 4’s Matt Alvarez in a phone call that he has been accused of things, but nothing has been proven.

UPDATE: A judge told Alan Patton he wasn't allowed in any public restrooms for five years and that he'd have to wear a global tracking device for the same amount of time in 2006, Alvarez reported.

Alvarez will talk to the probation office about what went wrong and what they should do to better enforce the law. See that and SportsOhio's reactions on Patton's alleged activities tonight on NBC 4 and nbc4i.com.

So far, Dublin police have charged Patton with a misdemeanor: criminal mischief.

Official reports indicate he has been observed putting Saran wrap on toilet seats in public, sports-related venues with the apparent intent to drink any urine collected there.

It was that practice that drew Patton to the attention of Gahanna authorities in 2006. During his trial, authorities said he collected urine from boys at a movie theater — and at times even paid for it.

After this court session, Patton was supposed to be under electronic surveillance for five years. He must also register as a sexual offender because of a conviction in the 1990’s.

Patton told Alvarez he’s consulting legal counsel to deal again with the consequences of this latest surfacing of alleged behavior that is alarming his Dublin neighbors who have reported him to police.
