COLUMBUS, Ohio -- More developments are being uncovered in the sexual harassment investigation inside Attorney General Marc Dann's office.

Did one of the accusers get her job because of a car accident?

NBC 4's Patrick Preston asked that question to Chris Stout, the father of Vanessa Stout -- who is one of the two women accusing Anthony Gutierrez of sexual harassment.

NBC 4 obtained a document that shows Gutierrez backed his state vehicle into Chris Stout's vehicle last August -- outside the Dublin townhome that Gutierrez shared with Dann and Communications Director Leo Jennings. When a state employee called Stout about the damage, he reportedly said not to worry about it.

A few months later, Dann's office hired Vanessa.

When the question was asked to Chris Stout, he simply said, "No Comment."

The report on the harassment investigation is due by Friday.

Preston also asked Gov. Ted Strickland if the internal investigation lead by Attorney Ben Espy will be accepted at face value.

"I will have confidence in a report that Ben Espy brings forth, but I can understand why there will be those who won't have such confidence," Strickland said.

Strickland said that if the public is not confident in the integrity of the investigation, the issue could drag on longer.
