COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Amid reports of an overly informal, sometimes profanity-laced workplace, the office of Attorney General Marc Dann is considering a new policy covering e-mail messages.

Spokesman Jim Gravelle says top officials in Dann's office are discussing the changes, which he says could also outline general office decorum.

Gravelle says officials will wait until after the completion of an investigation into sexual harassment charges against the office's general service director, Anthony Gutierrez.

Complaints against Gutierrez prompted the release of thousands of e-mails last week between Dann and his scheduler, 28-year-old Jessica Utovich. The e-mails further demonstrated the casual working atmosphere in the state office.
