COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio's attorney general's office has asked for an audit of the department overseen by an aide who is accused of sexual harassment by two 26-year-old subordinates.
Attorney General Marc Dann's office also has asked for the Ohio State Highway patrol to investigate if one of its vehicles might have been crashed while the aide was drunk. One of Anthony Gutierrez's accusers says he told her he wrecked the SUV while drunk.
Fifty-year-old Gutierrez remains on paid leave while Dann's office investigates the complaints. A Dann spokesman says that Gutierrez oversaw the office's fleet of 254 vehicles and assigned vehicles to himself.
