Smoking Ban ViolationsSince the state began enforcing a ban on smoking in public places on May 3, officials have been gathering complaints of businesses accused of violating the smoking ban. This searchable database includes complaints from May 3 through present. The businesses and statistics contained in the database were provided by the Ohio Department of Health.
So far, there have been 23,434 complaint calls received by the Ohio Department of Health since the enforcement began.

Search the database by county, business name, date of violation, city or zip code. Enter as much or as little information as you'd like -- and click search. Entries in all fields are not required. NOTE: Fields are case sensitive.
