PHOENIX, Ariz.—A local high-school marching band earned several honors over the weekend.
NBC 4 Sports reported with the FAST FACTS Monday.
The Grove City High School and The Ohio State University marching bands both were part of the Fiesta Bowl Parade in Phoenix, Ariz., Saturday. They were two of 20 marching bands from around the country.
A big congratulations goes out to Grove City High School. The band won best music, best marching band, best general effect and Grand Champion of the parade.
The band also took second place in the Fiesta Bowl National Band Championship last Thursday.
