Police: Teen Missing, Believed To Be With Sex Offender

CENTRAL OHIO—Authorities have issued an endangered missing child advisory Tuesday.

NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS Tuesday.

Lucas Oritz Kemmerle, 15, was believed to be in danger. Authorities believe Lucas is with a 22-year-old companion, Zachary Michael Wisor, who is a registered sex offender.

Lucas is from Athens and was seen last Sunday, Jan. 4 in Athens.

Lucas is a Hispanic male who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. His hair and eyes are brown. His upper right ear is pierced, and he has a birthmark on the back of his right or left knee.

He was wearing a white hoodie with a gray design, a T-shirt, blue jeans with a patch on the left leg and athletic shoes. He also was wearing a black chain leather wallet, necklace and bracelets.

Wisor is a white male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. His hair is brown, and his eyes are blue.

The two could be traveling in a 1995 four-door, gold Oldsmobile with a license plate of OH DCY6497.
