Man Gets 28 For Impregnating 10-Year-Old

CINCINNATI—A Cincinnati man who admitted he began having sex with his girlfriend’s daughter when she was 10 and impregnated her has been sentenced to 28 years in prison.
Forty-one-year-old Michael Chaffer pleaded guilty to charges of felonious assault and two counts of rape and was sentenced Monday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.
The baby was born in November 2007—after the girl turned 11—and is in the care of relatives.
Prosecutors say a plea deal with Chaffer allowed the girl to avoid having to testify in court and ruled out a possible life sentence for Chaffer.

I agree this guy should be killed. There is no reason for him to be able to get and see the child he fathered with a 10 year old.

String him up…..no reason to keep someone like that around….for any reason. I do agree with the comment about coming to see the kid in 28 years. As screwed up as our country is, he will be allowed to visit…..which should not be tolerated. Hang him now, to save this family the pain later.

I believe that when there is undeniable proof who the child rapist is, they should receive the death penalty. I do not feel that taxpayers should pay to maintain the life of someone so evil.

I hope this piece of (ahem) ends up in GenPop for at least a couple of hours. He will be hurt severly if not killed. Child molesters and rapist have to be in a certain part of jail in order to protect them, why who knows. Inmates who find out about this guy are gonna get him, there is a code among criminals. Criminals/Inmates do not tolerate child molesters or rapists. So guess what Michael you are SOL when you get to prison. I hope other inmates get you could if not kill you.

Dear Michael,
It seems your decision-making skills are a little convoluted. In case you were wondering why you are going to jail, you do not rap women and children. Rapping your girlfriend’s ten-year-old daughter. Oh well, you have a couple of decades to sort through those details. Your parents, family and relatives must be proud of you. Twenty-eight years in prison, you will have numerous amorous relationships in your future. Well deserved I would say.

Nice. So when the poor girl is only 38, she’ll be able to look forward to her rapist getting out of prison and looking her up in order to visit with the baby he fathered (who will then be 28).
Wonderful justice system. He should have gotten life with no parole. Afterall, that is what he sentenced her to.
